RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.

Eligible for return:

  • Non-personalised greeting cards and products in their original, unopened condition
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

Not eligible for return:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (unless they arrive damaged or there's an error on our part)
  • Items that have been opened or used

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us at fiona@fionabrownillustrates.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with our return address
  4. Package the item securely and send it back to us

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at fiona@fionabrownillustrates.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Drop-shipped items: Some items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (Printful). These items may have different return timelines, but the same 14-day return window applies.
